Teague Shattuck (all pronouns) is a writer, storyteller, and discipline-expansive artist based in Portland, OR. Teague is a resident of Third Rail Repertory Theatre's Mentorship Program ('25-26), founder of the annual PDX Trans Voices Cabaret, and their musical JUST KEEP WATCHING was chosen for music & movement residency "The Hatchery" in 2025. Recent original works include The Deep House, a near-future apocalyptic horror play about trans refugees navigating a right-wing labyrinth; Until I Taught Them About The Stars, an alchemy fever dream and (loose) Frankenstein adaptation about generative AI; and Grow, a performance art piece exploring the intersection of fatness, age, and femininity. Teague is a recipient of the competitive Point Foundation Flagship Scholarship for LGBTQ advocates and studied gender via Anthropology at Reed College ('22). In 2027, they will begin a Master's in Writing for the Stage and Screen at University College Dublin, Ireland.
